Easy Coach Bus Driver Charged With Killing Student By Dangerous Driving

George Riako the suspect, denied charges against him when he appeared at the Winam Law Courts in Kisumu.George Riako was charged with causing the death of one student and injuring 9 others.

Appearing before Winam Law Court Principal Magistrate D.K Mtai, the court heard that on April 1, Onyango was over speeding leading to the accident that killed one Joseph Mwadulo.

The accident occurred on April 1 along Kisumu Kakamega Highway in the Mamboleo area.The bus was ferrying the students from the school in Vihiga County to Nairobi for the April holidays.

Principal Magistrate DK Mtai released the accused on a Sh. 200,000 cash bail or Sh. 500,000 bond.The case against Riako will be mentioned for further directions on April 25.
