Harambee Stars captain Michael Ogada Olunga is set to return from injury after his club Al Duhail confirmed that he will be involved in Saturday’s league match.

Qatar Stars League side Al Duhail has provided an update on the status of Harambee Stars Michael Olunga’s injury that kept him out of international duty.

Olunga missed Kenya’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations against Zimbabwe and Namibia respectively this month, owing to an injury but his club has confirmed that he was among the beneficiaries of the international break as he used the time off to recover.

Al Duhail take on Al Wakrah on Saturday as coach Christophe Galtier looks to maintain their perfect start to the season and he confirmed that his talisman will be in the squad.
